Lisa Edelstein is probably best recognized for her character of Dr. Lisa Cuddy on the well-known TV medical mystery drama "House." Her fame as a star began before she even achieved recognition as an actress. being called a "celebutante" according to The New York Times due to her constant presence on"the" New York "club scene" in the 80s. Edelstein responded by producing and staring on "Positive Me," a solo show. Then she was hired by MTV as host and TV host and in several sitcoms.
